Housing offers

Once you have submitted your housing offer by phone or online, our employees will discuss all the details with you. For new rental properties, we normally make an on-site appointment so the customer representative can get an impression of the apartment. That way, any unanswered questions can be clarified in person. We will also be happy to answer any questions about furnishings or setting the right price.

Photo service

Employees from our agency will set up a photo shoot to professionally document and prepare your housing offer so it can be presented to the international audience in an attractive way.

Marketing

We use this information and the pictures to create a detailed profile of the property, which is made anonymous for marketing purposes.
Potential renters who have already registered with us will be contacted if their main search criteria match your rental offer. It will also be made available to potential renters on our website and on the most important online housing sites. Our close connections with HR departments at large companies, as well as with all of the relocation companies in the Frankfurt area, increase the chances of renting out the housing offers.

Tours

As soon as we have found a suitable prospect, we will contact you.
Our employees often give tours if we have the keys or some other way to access the property. More and more renters are now also skipping the tour option and requesting a direct rental.

Secure rentals

City-Residence helps you carefully choose the right renter. We collect their proof of income and help you prepare your rental contracts. As a contractual partner of the Schufa credit rating agency and a member of Creditreform, we check renters’ creditworthiness whenever this data is available.

Rental contract

City-Residence will be happy to provide you with existing, proven rental contracts that are tailored for furnished rentals. The rental contract is concluded between you as the landlord and the potential renter. However, we are also happy to help you prepare the contract. When the apartment handover is handled by an employee from our agency, we use digital inventory lists and handover protocols that document the apartment’s condition in a clear, detailed way.

We are also happy to act as a contact for you during the rental period and to give you advice and assistance.
